The Role
Working alongside the Head of P&C, this is a HRBP role who can assist as a generalist and who can also dive into key projects to support systems, automation, reporting including WGEA, remuneration benchmarking data, data trends, survey results and key people metrics. Working with various systems including culture Amp, X-Ref, Job Adder, HiBob and Sharepoint, you will be the go-to to drive and deliver on HR systems initiatives. Salary circa $150k pkg plus bonus.
About You
HR Credentialed and with substantive work experience that clearly demonstrates capacity and knowledge of HR systems, working with self-service models, supporting automation for HR processes and providing key reports and metrics to leadership, leading the WGEA data submission process, establishing key people metrics for reporting purposes and assisting with other key projects as directed.
You are a high performing, self motivated and positive individual who prefers to contribute and collaborate within a team environment. Able to work autonomously or in a team setting, your focus is on delivering high quality results every time. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you are comfortable in leadership conversations, able to flex with business needs and enjoy a culture that is hardworking and also has time to celebrate the wins.
