Are you an experienced multi-residential Architect/Project Lead looking for a new opportunity in an established medium sized architectural studio?

THE COMPANY & ROLE

This studio has worked locally in Sydney and with Tier 1 & 2 developers on projects ranging from high end boutique apartments to large scale multi residential and commercial developments. The role is ideally suited for an experienced Project Lead who believes their construction knowledge and coordination experience is invaluable to an architectural office. You will delivery large scale multi residential projects and be working closely with your clients who are respected Developers

TYPICAL DAY

• Manage a team of Architects and Documenters from the construction documentation stage to project completion on large scale Class 2 projects
• Consultant coordination, client meetings and regular onsite meetings
• Implement your knowledge of all the relevant codes, ADG and Australian Standards to successfully deliver your projects
• Resolve constructions matters when they arise, and be able to be hands-on with Revit documentation when needed

SALARY Up to $130K+ super – depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture [ESSENTIAL]
• NSW Registered Architect or in final stages [DESIRED]
• Local experience in an Australian architectural office or developer [ESSENTIAL]
• Intermediate Revit skills [ESSENTIAL]
• Local multi-residential project delivery experience in a lead role 2+ years [ESSENTIAL]
• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship [ESSENTIAL] – must be in Sydney now
