A thriving residential practice in Sydney is seeking a talented senior architect with developed skills in apartment projects from design development to construction and delivery. Confidence in managing consultants and small teams. Excellent communication, documentation and delivery skills. Key Responsibilities

Deliver multi-residential projects following initial concept to construction

Build strong rapport with clients

Lead consultants and team members

Collaborate during design stages

Ensure delivery of high-quality details

Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers, integrating feedback in design

Oversee quality documentation and manage delivery in BIM

Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks with client, planning and design or changes in scope/ variations

Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights

Proven local experience working on relevant Class 2 projects

Solid ArchiCAD skills strongly preferred

Strong understanding of the ADG, DPR and local codes

Excellent communication skills

Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
