Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Salary band: $120k – 140k + super

What You'll Do:
Lead Projects: Manage IT projects from start to finish.
Collaborate: Work with key stakeholders to design data projects that drive innovation.
Align Systems: Ensure IT systems support business goals and minimize outages.
Bridge the Gap: Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Security: Oversee CCTV and alarm systems across multiple sites.
Efficiency: Keep digital projects on time and on budget.
Train: Develop and deliver training for new systems.
Stay Updated: Continuously explore new IT applications and systems.
Manage Agreements: Handle service agreements with external IT providers.
Understand the Business: Get out from behind your desk and immerse yourself in the business. Engage with different teams, understand their needs, and ensure IT solutions are practical and effective.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in commercial IT project implementation.
Familiarity with digital and cloud environments.
Strong communication skills to simplify technical language.
Experience leading stakeholders and service providers.
Pragmatic problem-solving approach.
Knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
Commitment to health and safety procedures and security protocols.
