Are you an experienced architect with a track record of leading complex industrial or data centre projects from concept to completion?

We're working with a highly regarded architecture practice that is looking for a Senior Project Architect to take the reins on large-scale, technically complex projects across Australia and beyond.

About the Role As a Senior Project Architect you’ll play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-performance industrial facilities or mission-critical data centres. This is a strategic leadership opportunity with real influence over design direction, project delivery, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure outstanding design and functional outcomes.
• Manage project programs, budgets, risk, and quality control.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior team members across documentation and delivery phases.
• Navigate and resolve technical challenges through proactive problem-solving and coordination.

Ideal Candidate

• Registered Architect with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proven experience leading industrial, logistics, or data centre projects.
• Strong Revit proficiency and technical documentation capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing skills and confidence managing stakeholders.
• Ability to balance design integrity with commercial and functional outcomes.
