As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the store, ensuring team performance, and maintaining high standards in customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support retail staff during shifts.

Provide outstanding customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.

Maintain stock levels, perform stock takes, and assist with inventory management.

Monitor sales performance and support the store in achieving monthly targets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Assist with rostering, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory or similar leadership role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.

Confidence in using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

A Certificate IV or higher in Retail Management or related qualification (desirable but not essential).
