About the role

Black Label Developments is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team in Seaforth, NSW. As Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering our construction contracts, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work for a leading construction company.

What you'll be doing

Reviewing, negotiating and drafting construction contracts and related agreements

Monitoring contract compliance and ensuring all contractual obligations are met

Preparing and processing progress claims, variations and final accounts

Assisting with procurement processes and managing subcontractor relationships

Providing support to project managers and other stakeholders as required

Maintaining detailed contract records and documentation

Identifying and mitigating contractual risks

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts and procurement processes

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex contractual documents

Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or construction management
