About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our boutique accounting firm, in our Burnley, Victoria office. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and guests in a warm and friendly manner

Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Providing support to the accounting team as required

Lodging Income Tax Returns via MYOB AO

Ensuring all ASIC Annual Reviews are sent out and up to date

Ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies

Cleaning and setting up the boardroom and kitchen

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administration Assistant, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel. MYOB AO, NowInfinity and ATO Mate

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
