Are you a hands-on, reliable and community-minded individual who will take pride in the upkeep and safety of Brothers Leagues Club's newly redeveloped sporting facility at Stan Williams Park. We are looking for a live-in Caretaker to join the Brothers Leagues Club team and become a key part of our day to day operations.

As the live-in Caretaker, you'll reside on-site and be responsible for the overall security, presentation and operational readiness of the Club facilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied routine and is passionate about supporting grassroots sport.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performing daily cleaning and maintain cleanliness of public areas including walkways, car parks, spectator seating and keeping grounds free of rubbish, debris and potential hazards, liaising with the head of football, club volunteers and the facilities and maintenance manager to ensure first class presentation of the venue and grounds at all times.

Maintaining the overall security and safety of the venue including opening and closing the facility, acting as the first point of contact for emergencies, ensuring the grounds are free from hazards, compliance with workplace health and safety, including emergency procedures and reporting incidents.

Providing customer service both internally and externally, answering questions, providing direction and assistance as required.

Ideally you will have previous experience in sporting facility caretaking, workplace health and safety and emergency response including first aid, emergency evacuation and security. Qualifications including First Aid and CPR, Qld Blue Card (Working with children check), a C class drivers license and a National Police Check or the ability to obtain all previous mentioned licenses and certificates is essential.
