Onsite Caretaker Couple – Live-in Position (Gold Coast)
Accommodation Included – 2-Bedroom Apartment (Includes Water & Electricity)
We are seeking a reliable onsite caretaking couple to live and work in a permanent resort located on the Gold Coast.
Position Overview
This is a live-in role suited to a couple who can share the duties of caretaking. The role includes accommodation in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, with utilities (water and electricity) included.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance & Cleaning (Monday to Saturday mornings):
Daily cleaning of common areas
pool care, and BBQ area maintenance
Basic maintenance of units and common property
Reception Duties (Monday to Friday):
Front desk reception during business hours
Assisting residents and guests with enquiries
General office tasks
Key Details
Duties to be shared between both individuals
Flexibility in dividing responsibilities and hours
Must be committed to living onsite and be on call when reception is closed.
