About the role

Join us as a Project Manager for the construction of Swan Active Ellenbrook, make a lasting impact from design to reality. Work alongside a Senior Project Manager to shape the future, ignite community spirit, and enhance lives through delivering the City's largest capital works project. To complement our professional team. This fixed-term full time opportunity is until June 2027.

Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Assist in management of a complex construction project from detailed design through to delivery
  • Lead procurement and contract administration to support project outcomes
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, risks and quality to ensure compliance
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and updates for senior stakeholders and government agencies
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks

About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification, or experience, in project management or related field
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time and budget
  • Strong contract management skills, including contract administration
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Skilled in project scoping, procurement and reporting
  • Construction Awareness - Safety Training
  • Hold a satisfactory National Police Certificate

The salary for this position will be from $91,194 to $108,194 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
