I'm Jason, and for the last two decades I have worked in talent acquisition, in-house and as a consultant, for global and local insurance brokers, underwriters and third party claims businesses. I can't wait to get to know you or maybe even reconnect with you!

We are currently seeking 1x Senior Account Executive and 1 x Account Executive for roles based in Sydney.

In these roles you will likely be:

• Overseeing and facilitating renewal processes, ensuring adherence to procedures while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Driving new business opportunities through warm leads that come direct or through associations and affinity partners (role dependent)
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, brokers, underwriters, and key stakeholders.
• Managing client accounts and handling any debtor-related concerns.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments through ongoing training and industry events.

About You:

• You have experience in insurance broking or underwriting, and have a desire to work towards industry specialisation
• You have ideally complemented this experience with Tier 1 qualifications or their equivalent.
• You possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, managing multiple responsibilities at once.
• You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong administrative abilities and a keen eye for detail, alongside a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
