About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic and growing sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across hospitality venues nationwide. You’ll manage inbound leads, develop outbound opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the digital ordering platform to hospitality venues.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners such as POS providers, consultants, and SaaS vendors.
- Understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Proactively generate and close outbound sales opportunities, especially with high-value target venues.
- Manage and convert inbound leads generated from marketing and referrals.
- Maintain a robust and well-organized pipeline in CRM systems.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, market insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, Implementation, and Marketing.
- Attend industry events and remain informed on trends, news, and emerging challenges in the hospitality sector.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven 2-4 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within tech, SaaS, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and sales activity.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
- Confident presenting and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary:
Up to $120k base (Possible flexibility for the right person)+ Super+ Expenses- $200K OTE
