Tasks & responsibilities

Report into the Divisional Director and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met, across, SME, Commercial, with some Corporate exposure. Develop and maintain strong ties with clients and underwriters. Assist in complex claims and settlements. Proactively manage accounts and implement retention strategies. Pursue new business opportunities.

Lead business planning, budgeting, and goal achievement. Mentor Account Executives on renewal and broking strategies. Manage debtors and ensure compliance with FSRA and regulations.

Qualifications & experience

Tier 1 accreditation, essential. Diploma Financial Services or equivalent tertiary qualifications desirable.
