We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our high-performing team at Karridale Group. This position plays a critical role in supporting the ongoing development and execution of our risk and compliance frameworks, with a focus on improving the business efficiency across the organisation.
You will be responsible for identifying operational and regulatory risks, monitoring compliance activities, improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and structure of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and manage risk-related and compliance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Provide structured advice on risk mitigation, policy development, and business process improvement
- Support business units to identify, assess, and manage operational and strategic risks
- Monitor and report on compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and client requirements
- Investigate incidents and breaches, assist with root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions
- Maintain and enhance risk registers, compliance obligation logs, and audit action plans
- Prepare concise reports and insights for senior management and governance committees
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) framework
- Collect and interpret data related to operations, finances, staffing, or productivity
- Evaluate and optimize internal organizational methods, workflows, and communication structures to enhance operational efficiency and consistency
- Help design and implement organisational changes such as restructuring, system upgrades, etc.
- Identify inefficiencies in end-to-end processes and propose targeted improvements that align with compliance standards and strategic goals
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Management, Business, Data Analysis, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in risk analysis, compliance, data analysis, or business consulting roles
- Demonstrated expertise in analysing, organising, and managing large sets of customers, projects, and regulatory data
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into operational policies and data transformation logic
- Practical experience in advising on business processes and organisational methods to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
- Strong understanding of organisational design and method improvement tools such as process mapping, gap analysis, etc.
- Experience working cross-functionally to identify workflow inefficiencies and implementing measurable solutions that enhance stakeholder experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience preparing risk reports, project updates, compliance registers, and documentation to support governance
- A collaborative and accountable approach, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Exposure to mentoring or onboarding of new team members and contributing to knowledge and process development
