About the Role
As the Senior Program Compliance Officer, you will oversee compliance processes, ensure contractual obligations are met, and lead internal audits across Employment Services programs (CDP). You’ll be responsible for analysing datasets, producing compliance reports, managing risks, and advising staff on quality standards.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for building systems that support lasting community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with CDP proram contract, providing guidance on obligations and identifying potential risks or breaches.
- Lead internal audits and quality control activities, including remittance audits, file reviews, and ECSN monitoring.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, datasets, and compliance tracking tools.
- Analyse data to inform reporting, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure evidence-based decision making.
- Support onboarding and compliance-related system administration for operational teams.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to implement and improve compliance strategies across the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Demonstrated understanding of Employment Services contracts and compliance requirements (CDP contracts preferred).
- Strong knowledge of contractual compliance and funding obligations, particularly in government-funded programs.
- Strong understanding of program governance, structured project execution and compliance auditing.
- Proven understanding of data-driven decision making, ensuring compliance through robust analytics and reporting.
- Experience in risk identification, impact analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, building trusted partnerships with funding bodies, and government agencies.
- Experience in leading and mentoring project teams in structured methodologies.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Compliance, or a related field
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP Certification
What You’ll Need
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to travel regularly across the East Kimberley, including overnight stays
