Ideal Candidates:

Entry-level or junior individuals in the real estate industry

Professionals transitioning from Leasing or Junior Property Management roles to Sales Support

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 + Commission

Role Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support with an emphasis on buyer engagement

Accompany clients to various appointments, including final and building & pest inspections

Generate vendor reports

Draft, review, and prepare pre-listing kits, market reports, and proposal documents

Manage email, face-to-face, and phone inquiries

Follow up with buyers post-Saturday inspections

Nurture buyer relationships

Conduct open inspections and private viewings

Coordinate photographer appointments

Ensure compliance with Real Estate Legislation

Assist with REIV documentation

Manage keys

Attend property auctions
