What You’ll Be Doing:

Calling and qualifying inbound business leads – no cold calling!

Learning to pitch finance solutions that help Aussie businesses grow

Using our sales tech to manage your pipeline and track results

Working alongside mentors, leaders, and top performers

Smashing daily KPIs and unlocking commission and career progression

What You Get:

$50,000 base + monthly commission – Year 1 OTE of $64,000

Monthly incentives, career coaching, and real progression

Weekly training, call workshops, and performance reviews

Promotion to Sales Associate possible in just 6 months

Key Details:

Based in our Sydney CBD office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Structured induction + full support from Day 1

Work from home Wednesdays after probation
