About the Role

This is not your average associate job.
It’s your chance to be right in the middle of the action—with all the energy, problem-solving, and edge that comes with supporting a team of busy buyers agents.

Your role is crucial, and you’ll feel a genuine sense of being part of the team—not stuck “dropping flyers” or getting coffees. You’ll work across the entire buying process, from inspections to settlement, helping deliver exceptional service to every client.

This is a full-time role (Tuesday to Saturday), based in Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team throughout the property search and buying journey

Coordinate and attend property inspections

Manage client communications and updates

Assist with research, due diligence, and property sourcing

Keep CRM systems and admin up to date

Take initiative and help the team stay one step ahead—every day

Who We’re Looking For

Highly organised, proactive, and uses common sense

A great communicator (verbal and written)

Able to prioritise, multi-task, and stay calm under pressure

Well-presented, reliable, and confident

Familiarity with the property or real estate industry is a bonus

QLD Cert IV in Real Estate Practice is a bonus, not essential

Own transport and availability on Saturdays is essential
