What You’ll Do:

Host and manage open for inspections, ensuring every property is presented at its best

Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed property information and building strong rapport

We bring the listings, you bring the buyers!

Gather buyer feedback and report insights to the sales team

Support follow-up communication to convert interest into offers

Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times

Manage and foster a database of prospects and buyers

Source buyers through own networks and contacts

What You’ll Bring:

Current real estate license or registration VIC

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong presentation and time-management abilities

Confidence working independently and representing our brand

Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours (as inspections demand)

Own reliable vehicle and driver’s license
