About the Role

This is a task-based property management role where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end property management process with the support of an experienced and close-knit team.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Managing a well-maintained portfolio (task-based)

Conducting entry, routine, open and exit inspections

Handling lease renewals, rent increases, and arrears

Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance

Preparing and attending VCAT hearings

Liaising with landlords and tenants

Backed by Admin and Senior property management support

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
