About this role
Managing a team of brokers, the Service Manager VIC/TAS will ensure the provision of exceptional client service to a portfolio of existing NCI clients, ensuring renewal targets are met and cross selling opportunities are realised.
Daily activities include:
Mentoring and leading a team of Client Service Managers.
Assisting brokers within the team with complex queries as required.
Servicing a portfolio of clients ensuring that renewal targets are met/exceeded.
Assist existing clients with queries regarding NCI’s products and services (including demonstrations of relevant NCI products as required).
Acting as an intermediary between NCI clients and insurance providers as required.
Creating leads and opportunities for NCI brokers from an existing portfolio.
Cross selling of all NCI services to create growth opportunities.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will:
Have a strong working knowledge of the trade credit insurance industry (minimum five years’ experience).
Have prior experience managing a team of client service professionals.
Have demonstrated experience as Client Relationship Manager (or similar) in a complex setting with an emphasis on client relationships and cross selling.
Be self motivated, dynamic and results-driven.
Be passionate about driving business growth.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding renewal targets.
Have an encouraging approach and be able to work as part of a small, close-knit team.
Tertiary qualifications in business (or a related field) preferred
