About the Role
Are you a passionate clinical leader ready to shape the future of aged care?
As our Manager of Clinical Services, you will lead a dedicated care team and champion person-centred, values-driven care. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, connected, and purposeful environment for residents and their families.

What you'll do
- Lead clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care using coaching, feedback and shared goals
- Champion our household model promoting dignity, choice, and meaningful relationships for residents
- Manage the clinical framework and operations including care planning, medication, wellbeing programs, and quality improvement
- Respond to clinical risks and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on collaboration with health partners and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate incident reporting and compliance with all legislative and aged care requirement
- Collaborate with local teams to optimise roster, resources and funding outcomes
What You Bring
As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, you will have:
- Experience leading clinical teams in aged care or a similar setting
- Demonstrated experience using quality systems, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement approaches
- Confidence managing feedback and clinical risk with professionalism and care
- Compassionate, hands-on leadership approach with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence
- A passion for creating vibrant communities where people feel safe, connected and valued
