The Role:

As Care Services Manager, you'll lead a dedicated clinical team in a 57-bed residential aged care facility. Reporting to the Facility Services Manager, you'll ensure care quality, regulatory compliance, and team development while championing resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead clinical operations and personal care delivery
• Oversee staff performance, development, and education
• Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards and systems
• Drive dementia care and memory support initiatives
• Step into RN shifts if needed (rarely)

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Proven clinical leadership in residential aged care
• Passion for dementia care and holistic support
• Strong communicator who can lead, mentor, and build trust
• Full driver's licence and ability to work on-site in a regional setting
