Australian Moulding and Door Company is a proud, 100% Australian-owned manufacturer based in Bayswater, Victoria. We specialise in creating high-end, custom timber doors and mouldings for some of the most prestigious residential and heritage projects in the country. As demand continues to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Custom Timber Door and Moulding Estimator to join our close-knit, high-performance team.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for custom timber doors, including fire doors, pivot, pocket, and oversize doors as well as timber mouldings.

Work directly from architectural and engineering drawings, quote requests and liaising with designers, builders, and internal teams.

Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure realistic and competitive quotes.

Help drive our commitment to excellence, efficiency, and premium service by ensuring every quote is timely, precise, and aligns with our values.

🧱 What We’re Looking For:

3+ years' experience in custom timber door and or mouldings estimation or similar joinery industry role.

Strong understanding of joinery, architectural plans, various timber materials, and manufacturing methods.

Confidence using SAPB1 or similar estimation software, plus good general IT proficiency.

Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
