We are seeking a dynamic and somewhat experienced Estimator to join our team. This role requires technical estimating expertise and impeccable administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating:

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for external cladding projects, covering materials, labor, and time requirements.

Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines.

Maintain and update a database of material costs and labor rates.

Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

Prepare and submit tender documents and negotiate contracts.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience or basic knowledge of estimating within the construction or external cladding industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
