Join a global bank in Sydney’s CBD during a peak period and hit the ground running. We're looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to support a high-performing team on a 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll
- Processing new hires and employee changes in the system
- Managing annual leave, personal leave, and other entitlements
- Superannuation calculations and processing
- Handling terminations and final payments
- Ensuring payroll compliance with current legislation and internal policies
- Supporting payroll reporting and audit requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a payroll processing role
- Proficiency with ADP and Workday systems (ideally)
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and superannuation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
