Based in either Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo
Permanent – Part Time - 45.6 hours per fortnight

About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader, School Wellbeing Program who can lead and inspire a team of counsellors, provide vital clinical support, and help shape the direction of a crucial program. If you have demonstrated experience leading and managing teams in a human service environment and possess strong knowledge of mental health, child/adolescent counselling, and child protection, we want to hear from you!

Skills and Experience
1. Accredited university education in psychology, social work, or mental health
2. Eligibility for membership with AASW, PACFA, or AHPRA registration
3. Experience in clinical supervision or willingness to work towards
4. Demonstrated experience leading teams in human services
5. Knowledge of mental health, the education system, and developmental psychology
6. High level experience in child/adolescent-centred and family-focused counselling
7. Knowledge of current child protection legislation
8. Ability to develop professional networks and engage stakeholders
Essential Requirements
· Eligibility to work in Australia
· Current Driver’s Licence
· Current Working with Children Check clearance
· Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
