We're looking for a passionate and experienced Family Support Services Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership to a dedicated team working across the North West Coast. If you’re an ethical, and articulate professional who thrives in a mix of strategic leadership and direct client support — this is your opportunity to make a lasting difference.
About the Role
As a senior leader at YFCC, you’ll be supporting and guiding a multidisciplinary team of six part-time staff across our Integrated Family Support Services, Helping Young Parents Program, and The Canopy initiative. You’ll also maintain a small client caseload — ideal for someone who wants to stay connected to the real impact of the work while mentoring others. This role is 0.8 FTE (4 days/week), with flexibility around working days and hours.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
An experienced leader with a background in team development, supervision, and service coordination
Professionally qualified with a degree in social welfare, community services or a related field
Skilled in working with families experiencing complex or at-risk circumstances
A strong communicator who is values-driven, compassionate, and organised

SCHADS Award Level 6 salary, $53.84 per hour, plus salary packaging to boost your take-home pay
