We are seeking 2 mortgage retentions officers to talk to customers that are looking to discharge their mortgages. You will be committed to providing exceptional service and show empathy and understanding and create innovative solutions to retain our customers and convince them to stay with us. Our Mortgage Retentions team plays a vital role in supporting our existing customers with their home loan needs, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with existing customers by proactively addressing their enquiries and offering tailored solutions, regarding their home loan.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, and tailoring a solution to their needs.
• Identify opportunities to retain customers by offering competitive solutions, product adjustments, or benefits to address concerns and build loyalty.
• Keep detailed customer records updated in real-time to ensure accurate documentation of interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
• This is a fast paced environment and a natural sense of urgency is required to respond to clients and get the work done.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a financial services retention-focused role
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Comfortable with working towards KPIs and performance targets
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
