About the role
As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, people-focused team responsible for delivering essential frontline services. You’ll handle a variety of tasks from face-to-face enquiries to behind-the-scenes coordination — ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and aligned with national service standards.
What you will do
Provide in-person support at the front counter and assist with digital service tools
Respond to public enquiries and connect people with relevant services and information
Manage team inboxes, schedule appointments, and handle phone communications
Coordinate meetings and ensure facilities are ready and accessible
Record and escalate feedback and complaints appropriately
