Our clients are a successful company that offer services such as building and construction, Mining maintenance, Cleaning, Civil and rail maintenance to many clients mainly in the north - west of W.A with the head office located in the southern suburbs of Perth.

Due to the expansion of the finance team the CFO would now like to add to their already successful finance team with the addition of an experienced accounts Officer (accounts payable) on a 6 - month full time or part time of 9 AM to 2.30 PM each day contract basis with a high chance of going to a Permanant role.

The vacancy:

End to end accounts payable

Data entry and answering telephone calls within the finance team

Client contact

Uploading documents

Some general admin duties

Full time hours

Initial 6 months contract

To apply:

Have good experience within accounts payable in Australia

Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)

Confident with Microsoft products

Be able to work within a busy team

Free to work Full time hours or 9 am to 2.30 pm each day

Experienced with MYOB software (Not essential as training provided)

In return:

Southern suburbs of Perth location

Full time flexible hours (School hours of 9 to 2.30 also considered)

Possible Long - Term position after the initial 6 - month contract

$75,000 to $80,000 + Super pro rata
