Our client is a growing and listed mining entity, who are looking for an Accounts Payable expert to join them and provide stability as they going through an exciting transition phase.

This role will start off as a temporary position, with a strong potential for the contract to be extended/made permanent.

The Role;

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, bringing your Pronto expertise to a productive and efficient team. Your responsibilities will include;

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently using Pronto ERP system.
• Performing weekly and monthly payment runs, including EFT and cheque payments.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Responding to vendor queries and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Assisting with month-end reporting, accruals, and other general accounts support tasks.

About You:

• Experience with Pronto is essential.
• 2-3 years experience with Accounts Payable or related role.
• Confident with your capabilities, being able to hit the ground running with minimal training/supervision.
• Must be available on less than 1 weeks notice.
