Role: Truck Driver

• $47.69/hr + LAHA + potential overtime
• 6-month contract with possible extension

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join a key civil infrastructure project based in Broken Hill, NSW. The role involves operating heavy rigid vehicles such as tippers, water carts and tender trucks, while supporting general roadwork and maintenance activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong civil or construction experience looking to secure long-term work with travel allowance, accommodation and structured rosters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving and operating heavy rigid trucks (tippers, water carts, tenders)
• Supporting general roadwork and civil maintenance tasks
• Assisting with traffic management and construction site safety
• Working a 9-day fortnight, 9-hour days with overtime where applicable

What We’re Looking ForMandatory:

• HR licence (Heavy Rigid)
• White Card
• TfNSW Workers on Foot card (or willing to obtain)
• Truck driving experience

Preferred:

• HC Licence
• Traffic Control tickets (Stop/Slow, Implement Traffic Control Plans)
• Civil construction and maintenance background
