We are seeking someone with a MC Licence with a strong safety focus on the operation of MC trucks and transporting goods.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Proven work experience as Truck Driver.

Reliable and safety conscious attitude, and extensive knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law & regulations - good understanding of chain of responsibility, fatigue management and mass, dimension and loading requirements.

MC Licence and clean driving record.

Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)

Team player, good communication and respect for all.

Key Duties

Haulage of machinery using drake 4x4 full widener low loader.

Autonomous in loading excavators, Moxy's and Dozers on/off float

Loading and unloading of pipes, tanks, engines and various irrigation components

Ability to operate Hiab Crane for loading and unloading

Accurate record keeping of delivered goods

Strong WHS commitment

Help coordinate loads with Logistics manager

Maintain accurate logbook of driving activities, detailing the number of hours worked, deliveries completed and rest periods.

Load and unload using safe loading techniques particularly for safe loading of steel and tin pipes.

Working conditions: Within the position you will be working in the workshop, yard and rural properties.
