Haverford Brands is seeking an experienced Digital Paid Ads Specialist to join and help support our continued growth in 2025. The ideal candidate will become part of an environment where they can affect real change and see results in action.

In business for over 130 years, Haverford Brands is an importer that predominantly operates in the exciting world of E-Commerce. Based in Chipping Norton (South West Sydney), we currently supply a wide range of products throughout Australia, NZ, USA and the UK. Haverford Brands currently has 12 brands and 24 separate websites. Each with its own individual marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of both Google Ads and META Ads campaigns. As well as assisting with email marketing campaigns and automated flows. You’ll be responsible for crafting strategy, executing campaigns, and handling detailed analysis and reporting across multiple brands. Using a data-driven approach, you will drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with analytics to deliver impactful results across both platforms.

• Develop and implement data-driven Google Ads and META Ads strategies tailored to each individual brands goals.
• Execute campaigns effectively, from creative development to launch, ensuring all elements align with brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends & insights, adjusting bids and re-allocating budgets in order to optimise each campaign.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage individual budgets for each brand, ensuring peak performance is achieved while adhering to budget restrictions.
• Assist with creating and managing sales campaigns (Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY etc)
• Design, implementation and testing of automated email flows using Klaviyo
• Other brand creative and emails

About you:

• Proven experience (3-4 years) in digital marketing
• Proven expertise in managing Google & META Ads, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation
• Strong understanding of Klaviyo and Shopify platforms.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, Google analytics, google Merchant Centre, Google Search console etc
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
• Understanding and experience with Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn is an added bonus
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a range of brands
• Passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and technologies
• Creative problem-solver with attention to detail
• Experience with international marketing campaigns (preferred but not essential)

The team

As 1 of 50+ staff across the business, you will be working in Chipping Norton, Sydney, reporting to the Marketing Manager. Our team will consist of 5, the marketing manager, 2 graphic designers and a web developer. Additionally, you will also be working in collaboration with the wider sales and management teams on various projects.

The successful candidate will be able to work on multiple projects with numerous deadlines, whilst also supporting the Marketing Manager on delivery of urgent web and marketing activities when necessary. They will understand the brand culture and ensure consistency in the application of all materials in accordance with the brand guidelines.
