With products stocked in salons, beauty retailers, and shipped worldwide, we’re growing fast—and looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s ready to help us scale our digital reach across Google, Meta, and beyond.

Your Role:

As our Paid Media / PPC Specialist, you’ll take ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Google and social platforms. Your goal? Drive conversions, amplify our brand presence, and help both lash lovers and salon pros discover our products.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and possibly Pinterest or TikTok.

Building high-performing campaigns across Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.

Testing creatives, headlines, audiences and placements to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.

Monitoring analytics, creating reports, and refining campaigns based on performance data.

Supporting eCommerce growth through conversion-focused strategies.

Conducting audits, market research, and competitive analysis.

Collaborating with our in-house team across content, web, and branding to bring campaigns to life.

Who You Are:

1–3 years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns (essential).

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, with a proven track record running paid social campaigns.

Experience in eCommerce marketing—understanding of funnels, AOV, and customer journey.

Confident with data: you love spreadsheets, insights, and testing.

Bonus if you have experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Bonus if you’re comfortable with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or Google Tag Manager.
