About the role

Join our vibrant team at the walker street cafe bar in Casino, NSW 2470 as a Barista. In this casual role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and beverage service to our customers in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare a range of coffee and specialty beverage orders to a consistently high standard

Ensure efficient and friendly customer service at all times

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Assist with general café duties as required, such as stocking and inventory management

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to operate a range of espresso equipment

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, polite manner

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cafe operations
