Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination: Handle client enquiries, manage bookings, appointment follow-up, and communication.
Administrative Support: Manage invoicing, update client files, and assist with documentation and reporting requirements.
Team & Resource Coordination: Schedule internal meetings, support therapist admin needs, and coordinate resources and equipment for service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in administration or customer service (Allied Health or health-related setting desirable),
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities,
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Confident using Microsoft Office and adaptable to practice management systems,
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation,
Passion for providing great service and building strong client relationships,
Team-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure,
