We are small roofing business in the construction industry, currently seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organised and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and managing invoices
Scheduling and coordinating appointments and tasks
Communicating with clients and providing updates through various work systems
Supporting the Managing Director with administrative duties as required
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Occasional in-office tasks (majority of work can be completed remotely)
About You:
Punctual, reliable and diligent, with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and flexibly, including on rostered days off if required
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook – intermediate level)
Experience using Xero accounting software
Experience using scheduling programs, i.e. Service M8
Construction industry background is preferred but not essential
What We Offer:
3 days per week (days to be negotiated)
Option to work from home, with occasional in-office work at Kings Park as required
