Due to strategic growth and a steady flow of work a new opportunity has come up to join this firm's busy PI practice.
About the role:
Working with the Partners in a team of around 20, in this newly created role you will:

• act for plaintiffs on a variety of personal injury claims focusing on motor vehicle but also includes medical negligence, TPD, WorkCover and public liability related claims;
• work closely and compassionately with your clients and look to work collaboratively to resolve claims, think outside the box and work towards positive outcomes for your clients;
• look after a manageable fileload of up to 40 active files;
• be part of a collegiate and harmonious team led by approachable Partners who have worked hard to create a rewarding and fun work environment.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• 1.5 - 4 years' PAE in personal injury law (relevant preadmission experience in PI will also be favourably considered);
• the experience to manage your files with the support of senior Partners and lawyers; and
• the ability and confidence to work closely with clients.
