The firm has a substantial Brisbane team with notable practitioners based in this office. Known for its professional yet relaxed environment; the firm is currently offering a unique opportunity in their Brisbane office at the Associate or Senior Associate level, to be part of a supported and dedicated Personal Injury team.

About You

You will have a minimum of 2 year post admission experience and up to 6 years PAE, gained in either plaintiff or defendant insurance matters, with a desire to specialise in defendant personal injury matters. Those with experience in public liability matters will be a great fit for this role.

You will enjoy a broad role, acting for insurers and corporate clients, defending property damage and. personal injury claims, pursuing recovery actions and providing advice on indemnity disputes and policy response in a wide range of general liability areas.
