The Opportunity:
We're seeking 3 motivated and experienced Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads and securing appointments for our B2B sales team. This is a casual role with excellent earning potential (and opportunity for more hours based on results). We are looking for VIC applicants only as we hold face to face meetings occasionally ( only once every 2 to 3 months ) and we require you to be available to come to them. These are held in close proximity to the Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to commercial businesses to identify potential customers

Present our green energy solutions and highlight their benefits

Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team

Achieve weekly targets

Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our online system

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in outbound appointment setting or sales ideally to businesses

Excellent phone communication skills – clear, confident, and warm

Resilient, reliable, and honest with a strong work ethic

Ability to build rapport and establish credibility quickly

Self-motivated and target-driven

Comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to the team

What We Offer:

This is a casual role 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday 9 am - 2pm. Again - opportunity to increase hours based on results

Competitive hourly rate: $36 per hour, plus commissions
