About the role

Equiti Property is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team in Beenleigh, QLD. This is a casual role, offering flexible work opportunities.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team, playing a vital role in the growth and success of our property investment business.

While focusing on educating our clients and equipping them to make their own informed decisions, we are there with them every step of the way, from property selection to handover, even assisting with finding property management.

What you'll be doing

Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads - Existing clients to repurchase

Schedule appointments with potential customers to meet with our sales representatives

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanour throughout all interactions

Accurately record customer information and appointment details in our CRM system

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment booking process

Continuously seek to improve your sales techniques and appointment setting skills

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or call centre role, preferably in an outbound appointment setting capacity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping

Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively

A passion for providing outstanding customer service

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
