💼 About the Role

We’re looking for experienced and driven appointment setters to help us deliver high-quality appointments to our nationwide client base.

Office-based role in Southport, QLD

Monday to Friday – no weekend work required

Paid training with an immediate start

All systems provided, including a noise-cancelling headset

Work in a fun, fast-moving, and supportive team environment

📝 Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Calling warm, opt-in leads – no cold calling

Booking appointments with potential customers on behalf of our clients

Maintaining quality and accuracy in every call

Attending daily team check-ins and coaching sessions

Collaborating with team members to meet daily and weekly goals

👥 What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling

Confident objection handling and rapport-building skills

Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Meet, and Aircall

A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

Driven by targets and performance-based incentives
