About the Role

This is NOT a cold-calling sales role. You’ll work with warm inbound leads from social media, Google, and referral sources. Your job is to qualify the lead, build rapport, and book initial consultations for our brokers.

You’ll be a critical first touchpoint in the client journey—friendly, professional, and focused on making a great first impression.

Our office is situated in Applecross, with convenient public transport and parking options available nearby.

The hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 12 pm to 5 pm (Negotiable for the right candidate)—ideal for someone looking to make a big impact in a focused part-time position.

What You'll Do

Call warm leads promptly and professionally

Qualify clients based on basic loan needs and timeline

Book appointments into broker calendars

Follow up with leads who haven’t responded

Update CRM with lead status and accurate records

Confirm appointments and send follow-ups via SMS or email

What You’ll Need

Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills

High attention to detail and confidence using CRMs

Experience in finance, sales support, real estate, or call-based roles preferred but not essential

Professionalism, resilience, and the ability to follow processes

A hunger to be part of a growing, high-performing team

Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude

Active listening skills

Must be able to meet KPI targets
