The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your key responsibility is to engage with warm leads (no cold calling!) and schedule appointments for our financial advisers. This is a pivotal role in our growth strategy and a fantastic stepping stone into the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Call and qualify warm leads from marketing campaigns

Set appointments for our financial advisers

Accurately record and update client information in our CRM

Manage follow-up communications and reschedule as needed

Support the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates

About You

Excellent phone manner and communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Resilient, positive, and results-driven

Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own time

Previous experience in a phone-based customer service, telesales, or appointment setting role is highly regarded
