Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full Time Warehouse Store Person / IT Equipment Prebuild Assistant for our busy warehouse in Virginia. Previous warehouse experience highly regarded but not essential. This position is full time and involves many different aspects of warehouse operations.

Duties will include.

Stock Management via Warehouse Management System

Receipt and dispatch of equipment, liaising with Warehouse Manager and staff as required.

In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, assist with the daily workflow and ensure smooth efficient warehouse operations.

Assisting the workshop with the unbox and prebuild of print and media devices

Forklift driving

Unloading and loading of trucks

General warehouse upkeep duties

Organisation of equipment for dispatch next day

Computer skills for data entry into warehousing software (on-the-job training will be provided)

Potential to gain experience in KKTS photocopier workshop.

Rotating shift times (once trained)

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have experience in or interest in learning warehousing, computer systems, receipting, storage and dispatch of goods. The successful applicant will have good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. The successful applicant will need to have a "hands on" attitude and be prepared to learn product unboxing and prebuilding processes in a fast-paced environment.

Prerequisites

Forklift licence with experience preferred
