About the role

Link Traffic Management is seeking an experienced Traffic Controller to join our team in Beresfield, NSW. As a casual Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for managing the safety and flow of traffic at various construction and work sites, ensuring the protection of workers, pedestrians and drivers. This is a crucial role that plays a vital part in the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Controlling and directing the flow of traffic at construction sites and work zones using specialised traffic control equipment and signage

Maintaining a safe working environment by monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting control measures as needed

Providing guidance and instructions to drivers, pedestrians and workers to ensure their safety

Documenting and reporting on traffic incidents, delays and other relevant information

Complying with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Supporting the wider construction team as required

What we're looking for

A valid Traffic Controller certification (TCP,IMP & White card) and relevant experience in a similar role

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

A strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
