About the Role:

You'll be responsible for managing and optimising the Illumio deployment, ensuring high performance, security, and integration with broader infrastructure tools.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, create clear documentation, and offer best-practice advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Illumio using built-in dashboards and SIEM integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues around network, policy, and connectivity.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvements.
• Integrate Illumio with other tools and automate tasks using scripts/APIs.
• Support internal teams with troubleshooting and platform understanding.
• Develop and maintain security and access control policies in Illumio.
• Stay updated with the latest Illumio features and monitoring trends.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Illumio deployment and configuration.
• Solid understanding of networking and security (firewalls, micro segmentation, protocols).
• Familiar with monitoring tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
